Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@newerabeauty.co with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage (and packaging, if applicable)
If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Timing
